Djokovic tops Tsitsipas at French Open. Djokovic stretched his arms and, after finishing the game with a jumping volleyball, snaped on his pocket, crouched, touched the crimson clay of Court Philippe Chatrier.

Djokovic is currently the only player to win all four Grand Slams in his spectacular career at least twice in the last 50 years. Tsitsipas, on the other hand, was the first Greek player to make the Major final, and he is going to try his best against tennis legend Djokovic. However, Tsitsipas will have challenging work and need a great effort to surpass the veteran in the 22 years.

French Open 2021 for the men’s final at Sunday Philippe Chatrier Court between Novak Djokovic and 21-year-old Stefanos Tsitsipas. Where he meets the Tsitsipas in the Roland Garros Final, Djokovic was on a roll to win his19th Grand Slam. World’s number one Djokovic stamped his authority and won its nineteenth Grand Slam title in the French Open 2021 men’s singles final Sunday by beating Stefanos 6-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4.

Despite losing the first two sets, Djokovic, 34, had an excellent temperament, rebounded calmly, gaining a trophy from the remaining three sets against Tsitsipa, 22 years old. Djokovic’s novelty is to make a comeback. Sunday was the sixth time he came together from two places, and he did this in a Grand Slam final for the first time. Victory last night is the 2nd triumph at Roland Garros from Djokovic.

He is only one prize away to equal the men’s record held by Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, and he will get his first chance in Wimbledon, which begins in the coming weeks.

Title Press Conference

“Of course I’m thrilled, and I’m very proud of this achievement being part of the history of the sport that I love with all my heart is always it’s something very inspiring and very fulfilling for me, so you know couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with this kind of scenario in the last 48 hours. I mean, this probably ranks the top three all-time achievements and experiences that I had in my professional tennis career, going through four and a half battle with Rafa on his court and then bouncing back after not practicing yesterday and just coming in today with much energy regained to fight another battle of four and a half hours against Stefanos who was you know playing in his first grand slam finals.”
